Bring mindfulness into your classroom through this easy breathing exercise. This worksheet makes it even easier! PRO-TIP: Practice the square breathing before getting to the worksheet: using your fingers, make a square in the air. Make sure you take 4 seconds to draw each side of the square: 4 breathing in, 4s holding , 4s breathing out & 4 more holding the air. Then move on to the worksheet and get even more mindful by drawing with a pen/pencil as you breath in/out/hold. Have being mindful with your kids!
